Items being procured: - Up-gradation of Electric Works in HQ S&T - Provision of Check Post and Safety Grill for Anti Drone Gun at PAC Hospital - Misc Works at Ratti Jinnah Hill Post ARF - Renovation of Member Commercial Gallery PAC HQ Building - Provision of Stone Pitching in front of PAC HQ Building - Main works at Bungalow No. B-90 ARF - Misc Main works at Different Bungalows - Provision of Furniture at Different Location - Provision of Furniture at Officer's area - Provision of Security Lights at Tech Area - Rehab of External Electric Services at Different Location of D/Area - Misc B&R items at Domestic/Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Misc F&S items at Domestic/Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Misc E&M Works at Domestic/Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Provision of Parking Shed at Tech Area - TC B&R works including Minor Work & Repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in D/Area ARF - TC B&R works including Minor Work & Repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in T/Area ARF - TC B&R for Officer Area ARF & APF Including Minor Works and Repair Up to Rs Three Lac in Domestic Area ARF PAC Kamra - TC B&R for Periodical Services & Decoration works in D/Area ARF - TC E&M works and repair up to Rs. Three lac in Tech / Domestic Area ARF - TC E&M Water supply / Sui Gas items in Tech / Domestic Area ARF The scope covers electrical, furniture, security, renovation, and repair works at various locations within PAC Kamra including HQ, hospital, bungalows, and tech areas. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports against them. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and MES enlistment is mandatory. Firms enlisted with MES category 'E' or above may apply and must deposit earnest money at 2% of estimated cost. Interested parties can contact the office from 09:00 to 14:30 hours on working days before the due date for further information. Contractors wishing to attend the tender opening may do so. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
