Procurement of 30 Air Conditioners (1.5 Ton) and 170 Single Bed Mattresses

Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of 30 brand-new 1.5 Ton T3 inverter split air conditioners and 170 single bed mattresses for its E-8 campus in Islamabad. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with delivery and installation expected within 27 days of contract award. Items being procured: - 30 Air Conditioners (1.5 Ton, wall-mounted split, heat and cool, inverter compressor, T3 tropical-rated, copper coils, with installation and commissioning) - 170 Single Bed Mattresses (spring-free foam, high-density polyurethane foam, various sizes, minimum 6 inches thickness, with 15-year manufacturer warranty) The air conditioners must meet high energy efficiency standards, operate in ambient temperatures up to 50°C, and include features such as turbo cooling, sleep mode, and auto-restart. Mattresses must be firm, durable, and free from defects, with breathable covers and warranty against manufacturing defects and foam deformation. Technical datasheets, warranty certificates, and proof of authorized supply are required with bids. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience, and comply with all bidding document requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security in the form of bank draft or pay order is required and must be submitted physically before the deadline. The evaluation will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria.
