Procurement of 5 Ton Overhead Crane

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - 5 Ton Overhead Crane (Quantity: 01 Nos) The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM are required for distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is also necessary. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years or relevant work experience with government or semi-government organizations must be submitted. A postal order of Rs 2,000 should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 10 November 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids should be submitted as per instructions in the tender documents.
