Procurement of 5 Ton Overhead Crane and Power Driven Trolley by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration for the procurement of two key items: a 5 Ton Overhead Crane and a Power Driven Trolley. Both tenders are to be bid separately under single stage two envelope procedures on FOR basis with delivery to HIT Taxila Cantt. Items being procured: - 5 Ton Overhead Crane with rated voltage 380-480 VAC, 3-phase, lifting capacity 5 Tons, rated frequency 50 Hz, 6.7 mtr x 18.29 mtr span, height approx 19 feet, single girder design, delivery within 2 months after contract signing. - Power Driven Trolley with 8 ton load capacity, lithium-ion dry battery with charger, minimum 2 axles (4 wheels), bed size approx 8x4 ft, battery capacity for 4-5 hours operation on full load, speed limit ≤20 kmph with slow modes, fast charger with cutoff, voltage 24-48V, rail track wheels, DC electric motor, remote control operation, battery life ≥5000 cycles, VFD for speed control, manual gear engage/disengage system, dimensions and track slot width as specified, delivery within 4 months after contract signing. The procurement includes comprehensive technical specifications, warranty, inspection, and testing requirements as detailed in the Standard Bidding Documents. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes by 10:30 hours on 10 November 2026 at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 hours the same day. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, OEM trade links, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting.
