Procurement of 52 MT Spares for Truck Command Reconnaissance 1 Ton 4x4 Double Cabin Toyota Hilux LN166R-TRMI

Sealed tenders are invited by the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi for the supply of specific vehicle spares. Items being procured: - 52 x MT Spares for Truck Command Reconnaissance 1 Ton 4x4 Double Cabin Toyota Hilux LN166R-TRMI (various quantities) Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of the following: photocopy of Registration Certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), attested copy of Registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department, copy of NTN certificate, proof of Godown, undertaking for adequate financial capability, attested bank statement for last one year, attested copy of CNIC of MD, certificate of firm not blacklisted by any government organization, detail of works experience with government or semi-government organizations, detail of property/assets (moveable/immoveable), and original Challan Form No. 32-A for Rs. 2000/- deposited into Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid Security of 5% of quoted value through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is required as earnest money. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the opening date of the commercial offer. Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of contract value must be submitted within 30 days of contract signing. Tender opening will be held in the presence of firm representatives at the tender room of DGP (Army). Price preference will be given to indigenous firms as per prevailing procedures.
