Procurement of Additional Delinea (PAM) Licenses

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of Additional Delinea (PAM) licenses. Items being procured: - Additional Delinea (PAM) licenses The procurement involves acquiring software licenses to enhance the company's privileged access management capabilities. Bidders must have relevant experience in supplying such IT security licenses and be registered on the SAP Ariba portal to participate. Bid documents can be collected from 19 August 2026 till 3 September 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM through SAP Ariba. The bid submission deadline is 3 September 2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 3 September 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards. The commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only. Interested vendors without an Ariba Network ID are requested to register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal to access and participate in upcoming PSO tenders. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba portal.
