Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Adhesive with 6 items as per Annexure 'A'. The procurement involves supply of adhesive products as specified in the tender documents. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopy of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade link evidence with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or suspended, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in last three years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The tender documents are available on the PPRA website.
