Procurement of Adventure Tourism Equipment and Adventure Tourism Trainings & Services

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible firms, companies, and service providers for procurement of adventure tourism equipment and adventure tourism trainings and services in Peshawar. The procurement is divided into two packages: Procurement of Adventure Tourism Equipment (Package-1) and Adventure Tourism Trainings & Services (Package-2). Items being procured: - Adventure Tourism Equipment (Package-1) - Adventure Tourism Trainings & Services (Package-2) Bidders must have valid/renewed registration certificates with recognized professional bodies including FBR (NTN & KPRA / STRN Certificate). Companies must be active on the active taxpayer list and registered with SECP if applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform by 26th August 2026 at 11:00 am. No hard copy submissions are required except the original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount for each package, payable to the KPK Culture & Tourism Authority Fund Account. The original CDR must be submitted to the KPCTA office by the bid submission deadline, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS. Bidding documents can be obtained from the undersigned office during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 if a hard copy is required, or downloaded free from the EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17th August 2026 at 3:30 pm in the conference hall of KPCTA. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper attested by a notary public affirming the correctness of the information provided. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare separate bids for each package and quote package-wise rates. Timely submission via EPADS and compliance with bid security requirements are critical for eligibility.
