Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) PMU invites e-bids for procurement of goods and services related to the AMI Interoperability Lab. The procurement includes supply and installation of electrical equipment, gauges, building materials, and wiring for a lab with moisture controlled and quantum features. Bidders must be registered with PPRA EPADS and have completed at least one similar contract. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by 05 January 2026 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs at the Chief Engineer (Development) office in Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22 December 2025. Bid security of PKR 2,500,000 is required, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
