Procurement of Analyzer for Malarial Parasite by Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) in Lahore invites bids for the procurement of an Analyzer for Malarial Parasite. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the diagnostic capabilities of the institute with a specialized analyzer dedicated to malarial parasite detection. Items being procured: - Analyzer for Malarial Parasite (Quantity: 01) The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA 2014 rules. Interested bidders who are original manufacturers, sole distributors, or authorized distributors of the manufacturer are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered with the income tax and sales tax departments/authorities. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 170,000, which must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies of bid security are not acceptable. The technical scope includes supply of the analyzer with all necessary specifications to meet the institute's requirements. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. Bids must be submitted online on or before 02-11-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab Procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with bid security requirements. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next working day will be considered the closing date.
