Annual services and goods include providing sand, morum, bajri, earth, river sand, removing weed growth, providing stone boulders, engaging unskilled and skilled labor, tractors with various attachments, trucks, dumpers, hydraulic excavators (wheel and chain type), and dozers on hire charges. The technical scope covers supply and delivery of materials, labor, and machinery services at designated sites within Sakro Division. The contract includes all applicable government taxes, duties, levies, transportation, loading, unloading, and delivery. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR and SRB registration with active tax payer status, minimum average annual turnover of 50% of estimated cost over last 3 years, 3 years relevant experience, submission of tax returns, affidavit of no blacklisting, and bid security of Rs. 2,216,500/- (3% of bid). Bids must be submitted in English language to the office of the Executive Engineer, Sakro Division Barrage Colony Mirpursakro by 17-08-2026 at 1:00pm.
