Procurement of Assistive Devices for Mayo Hospital Lahore 2026-27

Mayo Hospital Lahore invites e-bids from manufacturers, authorized agents, distributors, sole agents, or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in Medical Devices. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 on a framework contract basis for free delivery to consignee end at Mayo Hospital, Lahore. Items being procured: - Assistive Devices The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule-38 (2a) of PPR Rules, 2014 (amended till date). Hard copies of bids are not required as e-bidding will be conducted via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Interested eligible bidders can obtain bidding documents and detailed specifications from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Mayo Hospital website (www.mayohospital.gop.pk). Bidders must submit a 1% Bid Security as per Government of Punjab implementation and coordination wing S&GAD letter No.SO (I&C-I) 5-4/2024 dated 19th May 2026 through Financial instrument with banking services. Failure to submit the bid security will result in rejection of the offer. The procuring agency is not responsible for failures in e-bids submission or technical/internet errors. In case the tender opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the submission and opening date with the same time and venue. The e-bids will be opened in the presence of eligible bidders or their authorized representatives in the Conference Room of Surgical Tower at Mayo Hospital. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements. Timely submission through the e-procurement portal is critical to avoid disqualification.
