Procurement of Assorted Election Material for LGE KP

The Office of Provincial Election (Election Commission of Pakistan) invites sealed bids for the procurement of assorted election materials for the Local Government Elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Standard Stationery Pack (6963 units) including ball point pens, rice paper, carbon papers, paper pins, steel needles, thread balls, gum sticks, candles, sealing wax, markers, match boxes, steel scales, safety pins, transparent tape, torches, and scissors packed in plastic casing - Cloth Bags Small Size (24x30) white for Tehsil/Mayor/Chairman (6714 units) - Cloth Bag Small Size (24x30) Light Grey for General Seat in VC/NC (9126 units) - Cloth Bag Small Size (24x30) Pink for Women Seat in VC/NC (7200 units) - Cloth Bag Small Size (24x30) Light Green for Peasant/Worker Seat in VC/NC (8105 units) - Cloth Bag Small Size (24x30) Yellow for Youth Seat in VC/NC (7715 units) - Cloth Bag Small Size (24x30) Brown for Minority Seat in VC/NC (6594 units) - Cloth Bag Large Size (26x42) Blue (9462 units) - Cloth Bag Large Size (26x42) Malaysia (14800 units) The materials must conform to the specified technical standards including 80 GSM pure cotton cloth bags with double stitching and specified dimensions. Transportation, loading/unloading, and distribution to the Provincial Election Commissioner's office and other specified districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are included in the scope of services. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of three years' experience in the relevant field, be registered with FBR, and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit as specified. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The delivery period is 45 days from the issuance of the work order. Payment will be made after successful supply and acceptance of the items.
