Provision of Materials for Maintenance, Up-gradation and Development of Training Facilities, Stationary Items & Gazettes of Education Board including AJ&K and GB

ASC Centre Nowshera Cantonment invites sealed quotations from all government contractors for the provision of materials required for maintenance, up-gradation, and development of training facilities. The procurement includes stationary items and Gazettes of the Education Board of the country, covering regions including Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K) and Gilgit Baltistan (GB) for Matric and Intermediate sessions of 2026. These activities will be funded from the allotted/expected funds for the financial year 2026/27. Items being procured: - Materials for maintenance and up-gradation of training facilities - Stationary items - Gazettes of Education Board including AJ&K and GB (Matric & Intermediate 2026) The quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to GSO-I (Training) ASC Centre Nowshera Cantonment. All bids will be opened on 13 November 2026 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders at the GSO-I (Training) office. Rates quoted by bidders should exclude GST and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Interested bidders may obtain detailed lists and related information from the Training Branch during working hours. The Commandant ASC Centre reserves the right to reject any or all quotations by providing plausible reasons. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission before the deadline and to carefully prepare their quotations as per the specifications. Sealed bids and adherence to submission instructions are critical for consideration.
