Tender Description
The Provincial Election Commission Punjab (Election Commission of Pakistan) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of assorted election material for the conduct of upcoming Local Government Elections in Punjab under the contract titled 'Procurement of Assorted Election Material'. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and funded by the Provincial Election Commission Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Assorted Election Material (specific items not detailed in the notice).
Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or as specified in the bidding document. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/ opportunities/federal/procurements/95461.
Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM. E-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Eligibility includes compliance with PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money requirements as per bidding documents. The grievance redressal committee (GRC) is available for complaints related to this procurement.
