Tender Description
The Government Special Education Centre Bosan Town Multan invites sealed bids for the procurement of students uniform for boys and girls enrolled in the institution for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for uniforms for approximately 110 students, covering both summer and winter seasons. Items being procured:
- Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket, Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunyan (White Color) & Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy blue
- Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Deptt: on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip / Shameez (White Color) Shawal & Jursy Maroon
The Directorate General of Special Education Punjab Lahore has standardized the uniform items as per classification and color scheme. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with a single stage two envelope mechanism. The bid security is 3% of the estimated procurement cost, amounting to Rs. 60,000, payable via Bank Call-Deposit (CDR) or Demand Draft in favor of the office. Bidders must upload their bids on the e-PADS portal by 02-09-2026 at 10:00 am. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities and PPRA, with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The procuring agency reserves the right to amend quantities and will not be responsible for surplus stock. Performance and bank guarantees of 10% of the successful bid price are mandatory before issuance of supply orders. Late delivery charges and blacklisting provisions apply as per contract terms.
Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents available on the PPRA website and ensure timely submission of samples on the day of bid opening. Prices must be inclusive of all taxes and quoted in Pakistani Rupees. The procuring agency is the Government Special Education Centre Bosan Town Multan, located at Shamilar Colony Bosan Road Multan. The District Accounts Office Multan will handle bill payments.
