Procurement of Catering Services for Training Programs of GTs, SCs, and STs in 232 Clusters

The School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, through its Project Management and Implementation Unit (PMIU) at the Reform Support Unit (RSU), invites quotations for the procurement of catering services for training programs of Guide Teachers (GTs), Subject Coordinators (SCs), and Subject Teachers (STs) across 232 clusters in 12 districts of Sindh. This procurement is part of the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project funded by the World Bank. Items being procured: - Catering services including standard meal and refreshment packages for training programs of GTs, SCs, and STs - Delivery of catering services on-site at designated training venues across 12 districts of Sindh The scope includes providing meals and refreshments according to the training schedule phases 1 to 5 as detailed in the RFQ document. Interested bidders must submit quotations based on the specifications, standard menu, schedule of requirements, and terms and conditions outlined in the RFQ document, which is available for free download at https://rsu-sindh.gov.pk. Bidding will follow the Request for Quotations procedure as per the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Quotations must be delivered physically in a sealed envelope to the specified address by 07 September 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Late submissions will be rejected. Electronic submissions are not allowed.
