Supply of Cooked Food, Emergency Medicines and Miscellaneous Articles for Sub Jail Malakand 2026-27

The Sub Jail Malakand invites sealed e-bids through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-Procurement system for the supply of cooked food, emergency medicines, and other miscellaneous articles required for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under the KPPRA rules and is open to eligible suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be attached as Earnest Money in the name of the Superintendent Sub Jail Malakand. Only those firms who have completed similar supplies in the past and can demonstrate relevant experience will be considered responsive. Technical and financial bids must be submitted as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The technical bids will be opened first, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. All items must be delivered to Sub Jail Malakand as per the schedule provided in the contract documents.
