Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of Cement Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) fresh batch. The procurement is for delivery at SNGPL Project Camp Mardan, Near 1122 Office Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured:
- Cement Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Fresh batch, 990 bags, each bag weighing 50 kg, including loading, unloading, and stacking.
The technical scope requires the supply of brand new, fresh OPC cement bags conforming to the specifications mentioned in the bidding documents. The delivery period is 15 days after receipt of the purchase order. Sub-standard or defective material must be replaced on a no-charge basis even after acceptance. The supplier must comply with all applicable government taxes including GST at 18%, with payment made upon submission of valid sales tax invoices.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-2027, and previous sales references. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal, and manual bids will not be entertained.
The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with bid opening at 03:30 PM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 in advance to participate. Late delivery charges of 0.14% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the delayed part of the contract value will be imposed. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price is required within seven days of contract award.
