Tender Description
Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal, a federal autonomous organization, is procuring cloth and gadgets for its thirty (30) Women Empowerment Centers (WECs) located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal Provincial Office in Peshawar. The items being procured include cloth and gadgets specifically for the trainees of these centers.

The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids. Bidders must be well reputed manufacturers, firms, or general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The technical scope involves supplying quality cloth and gadgets suitable for the empowerment centers, with inspection of items at the supplier's godown before delivery to the WECs.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and relevant experience. Earnest money amounting to Rs. 500,000/- must be submitted via call deposit receipt, pay order, or bank draft in favor of the Director PBM Provincial Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The original pay order or CDR must be delivered to the PBM Provincial Office in Peshawar by the closing date.
Technical bids will be opened on 28-07-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Suppliers must bring samples of cloth and gadgets at the time of technical bid opening. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later. Bids will be evaluated item-wise.
Successful bidders will supply goods at approved rates for one year from the issuance of the first supply order. The cloth and gadgets will be inspected prior to delivery to the centers. PBM reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
