Procurement of Color Doppler Ultrasound Machine and Autoclave B Class Machines

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution located at Small Industries Estate Kohat Road, Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR for the procurement of medical and sterilization equipment. Items being procured: - Color Doppler Ultrasound Machine - Autoclave 60 Litres B Class - Autoclave 80 Litres B Class The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method with a required bid security of 2% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Bidders must submit their bids on the EPADS portal by 08-10-2026 at 11:00 am along with the earnest money. Original CDR must be physically submitted or sent via courier to the office of the undersigned by the deadline. Technical bid documents can be downloaded from http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication. Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) is payable at Allied Bank Limited, Kohat Road Peshawar, Account No. 0010015894300010, IBAN PK16ABPA0010015894300010 or via bank draft in favor of Vice Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution. Bids will be opened on 19-10-2026 at 11:30 am in the Conference Hall, ESSI Head Office, Peshawar in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30-09-2026 at 11:00 am at the office of Procurement Officer Peshawar. Eligibility requires registration with FBR and ATL listing. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submission on EPADS. Physical submission of original CDR is critical to avoid disqualification.
