Procurement of Computers, High Back Revolving Chairs and Computer Wooden Tables for New Computer Laboratory at Mithro Bhatti, TIEST Tharparkar

The NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, through its Procurement Cell, invites bids for the procurement of essential equipment for the establishment of a new computer laboratory at Mithro Bhatti, TIEST, Tharparkar. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers (20 units) Model: Dell Tower ECT1250 with Core i7-14700 processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe storage, Intel UHD Graphics, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth, 180W PSU, with 21.5" or 23.8" Dell Pro monitors - High Back Revolving Chairs (20 units) Make: B-519, dimensions width 27 inches, depth 22 inches, seat height 29 inches, height 20 inches adjustable - Computer Wooden Tables (20 units) Size: 3.5 Ft x 2.5 Ft, featuring three drawers, CPU unit space, keyboard slider, and wire management holes The technical scope includes supply and installation of the above items at the specified location. Bidders must comply strictly with the technical specifications provided and submit bids through the EPADS electronic procurement system. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bidder must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience, valid NTN, GST, SRB registrations, and an average annual turnover of Rs 8 million over the last three fiscal years. A bid security of Rs 0.200 million is required in the form of a Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Director Finance, NEDUET. The deadline for bid submission is **15 September 2026**. Bidders must ensure that the original bid security and affidavit on non-blacklisting reach the Deputy Director Procurement office before the deadline. Bids will be opened electronically via EPADS. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security equal to 5% of the contract price and sign the contract within three days of award notification.
