Procurement of Medical and Hospital Supplies for THQ Category-C Hospital Samar Bagh

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Category-C Hospital Samar Bagh, District Lower Dir, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the financial year 2026-27. The contract rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027 or until the award of a subsequent contract. Bidders must prepare bids on original letterhead, duly signed and stamped, quoting rates in both figures and words. Bids shall be submitted electronically via e-PADS, with a hard copy containing the original Bid Security (CDR) to reach the office by 11:00 AM on 15 September 2026. Technical eligibility includes valid Category-A Drug Sale License for serial numbers 1 to 3 and a valid Proprietary or Authorization Certificate issued by the manufacturer/distributor. All applicable government taxes and duties will be deducted at source. Bidders must be registered with e-PADS, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
