Tender Description
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Category-C Hospital Samar Bagh, District Lower Dir, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to eligible manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, contractors, authorized dealers, and sole agents for the supply of various medical and hospital goods.

The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. The contract rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027 or until the award of a subsequent contract. Bidders must prepare bids on original letterhead, duly signed and stamped, quoting rates in both figures and words. Bids shall be submitted electronically via e-PADS, with a hard copy containing the original Bid Security (CDR) to reach the office by 11:00 AM on 15 September 2026. Technical eligibility includes valid Category-A Drug Sale License for serial numbers 1 to 3 and a valid Proprietary or Authorization Certificate issued by the manufacturer/distributor.
All applicable government taxes and duties will be deducted at source. Bidders must be registered with e-PADS, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The successful bidder will execute a contract agreement on the prescribed Judicial E-Stamp Paper. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
