Procurement of Computers, Allied Facilities, Lab Equipment and Chemicals for Govt. Degree College Sama Badaber Peshawar

Govt. Degree College Sama Badaber, Hassan Khel Sub division Peshawar, invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for the procurement of Computers & Allied facilities and Lab Equipment & Chemicals. This procurement is conducted under rule 6 (2) (b) — Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, or importers registered with the Income/Sales tax and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Package#01 Computers & Allied facilities (Amount: Rs. 4 Million) - Package#02 Lab Equipments & Chemicals (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology & Botany) (Amount: Rs. 3 Million) The technical scope covers supply of computer systems and allied equipment along with laboratory instruments and chemicals for multiple science disciplines. Bidders must submit bid security at 2% of the quoted value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Principal Govt. Degree College Sama Badaber. An affidavit confirming placement of bid security in the financial bid is mandatory in the technical bid without indicating the amount. Each bid envelope must contain separate technical and financial bids clearly marked. Complete firm information including postal and valid email addresses and phone numbers must be provided on each envelope. The bids must reach the undersigned by 10:30 AM on 20-10-2026 (Tuesday). Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the meeting room of Govt. College Peshawar (Faqeer Abad Shahi Bagh) in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives. Successful bidders will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount for the financial year 2026-27 in addition to the bid security, from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
