Procurement of CRM Standards, Chemicals, and Consumables by Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan

The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is part of a fund reserved specifically for this purpose by HDIP. The procurement involves CRM Standards, Chemicals, and Consumables as detailed in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - CRM Standards - Chemicals - Consumables Bidders must submit their bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, ensuring registration on the platform. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft, along with a bid securing declaration as specified. The e-bids must be submitted on or before Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 01:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 are advised to register promptly. For grievance redressal, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
