Procurement of Computing and Robotics Equipment Under the BRIDGE Project

Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur invites sealed bids through EPADS for the procurement of computing and robotics equipment under the BRIDGE Project. This tender is aimed at firms registered and recognized in Pakistan, possessing Manufacturer or Distributor/Dealer status with proper authorization from the Manufacturer or Principal specific to this tender. Bidders must have sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the assigned tasks within the prescribed time limit upon contract finalization with PAF-IAST. Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR must be submitted to the Procurement Office at Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur before the online submission deadline, along with a tender fee of Rs 1000. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders. The tender follows KPPRA Rule 6(2)b Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements and timely submission.
