Tender Description
The Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of consolidated maintenance consumable items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the fund reserved by PIFD to cover eligible payments under the contract.
Items being procured:
- Consolidated Maintenance Consumable Items (specific item list not provided in the notice).
The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-One Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, either in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or a bid securing declaration as specified.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/P137556. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on the new EPADS version may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. In terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement. Notification copies are available on the procuring agency's website and the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely registration and submission through EPADS to avoid disqualification. Ensuring compliance with bid security requirements and submission deadlines is critical for successful participation.
