Procurement of Consultancy Services for Development of OPF Education Franchise Model

The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) has allocated funds for procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27. OPF intends to use part of these funds to hire consultancy services specifically for the development of the OPF Education Franchise Model. This procurement is being conducted through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process via the EPADS v2.0 platform, inviting eligible bidders registered on EPADS to participate. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Hiring of Services of Individual Consultant for Development of OPF Education Franchise Model The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement, which is Open Competitive Bidding. The selection will be based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique, in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and instructions issued by the authority.
