Procurement of Consumable Items for Dental Department

Ayub Medical College Abbottabad invites bids from reputed firms and individuals registered and active with FBR and KPRA (where applicable) for procurement of consumable items specifically for the Dental Department. Items being procured: - Consumable Items for Dental Department The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders can download the complete set of bidding documents from the E-PADS website at https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk and from the institution's official website http://www.ayubmed.edu.pk. All scanned bids, preferably original documents, must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Standard Bidding Document and submitted electronically via E-PADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). A scanned copy of the CDR, E-Affidavit, and tender fee of Rs. 1000 per tender must be uploaded on E-PADS, while the original tender fee, CDR, and E-Affidavit duly attested by a Notary Public must be submitted in the Procurement Office on or before 22-09-2026 till 10:30 AM. Bids must be uploaded by this deadline. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the conference room of Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad. Representatives must bring their authority letters. A pre-bid meeting for interested bidders will be held on 14-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of Ayub Medical College Abbottabad. Bidders are advised to ensure their FBR and KPRA registrations are active and to carefully follow the submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
