Procurement of Consumable Stores under ALP-Project for Improving In-Vitro Embryo Production Efficiency in Buffalo

The National Agricultural Research Centre (Animal Reproduction & Genetics Program) Islamabad invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of consumable stores under the ALP-Project aimed at improving In-Vitro Embryo Production Efficiency in Buffalo through novel culture systems. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. All items must conform to specified product numbers and standards such as Stroebech or Minitube equivalents. Delivery location is the Animal Reproduction & Genetics Program, National Agricultural Research Centre, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad with a delivery schedule of 90-120 days. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR (NTN and GSTN), and active taxpayers. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on Friday, November 20, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified. Bid security must be in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft in the name of National Agricultural Research Centre. The evaluation will be based on least cost compliant bids. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids or cancel procurement proceedings.
