Procurement of Cover Water Proof, Jacks and Miscellaneous Tools

The CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi is procuring miscellaneous items including cover water proof materials, jacks, machine tools, equipment, and Article-in-Use items to meet the anticipated LP demands for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Rawalpindi region and aims to support dependent users with essential tools and equipment. The technical scope covers a variety of mechanical tools and equipment such as jacks and machine tools, along with cover water proof materials. The tender requires lab test reports for the cover water proof items from ASID Lahore and Karachi, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. The procurement process follows the single stage - two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractor firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Departments. Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or Directorate General Procurement Army (DGP-A) is mandatory. Tender documents can be inspected at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during working hours from 0800 to 1600. Documents are available for purchase at Rs. 5,000 in cash, non-refundable. Opening of bids will occur the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders’ representatives. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of CDR is required. Quoted rates must be valid until 31 December 2026 and inclusive of all taxes.
