Framework Contract for Procurement of Lab Reagents, Chemicals, Medical Devices & Lab Disposables for Financial Year 2026-27

THQ Hospital Kot Addu invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract covering the procurement of lab reagents, chemicals, medical devices, and lab disposables for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted under the Open Competitive Bidding method with a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure, following applicable procurement rules. Items being procured: - Diagnostic Screening Tests and Test Strips (Estimated Budget PKR 7,500,000) - Blood Specimen Collection Tubes and Vials (Estimated Budget PKR 1,500,000) - Laboratory Reagents & Quality Control Materials (Estimated Budget PKR 1,500,000) - Laboratory Consumables & Disposables (Estimated Budget PKR 500,000) - Small Laboratory Equipment & Accessories (Estimated Budget PKR 250,000) - Chemistry Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis (Estimated Budget PKR 4,500,000) - CBC Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis (Estimated Budget PKR 2,500,000) The scope includes supply of laboratory items to a hospital with a minimum capacity of 150 beds. Bidders must have documented experience supplying laboratory items to at least one such hospital. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required and must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The deadline for submission is 16th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu. If the submission date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue. Taxes and stamp duty will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view/Tender.aspx). The response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
