Procurement of Cutting and Stitching of Uniform for National Highways & Motorways Police

The National Highways & Motorways Police (NHMP) invites sealed bids for the procurement of cutting and stitching of uniforms planned for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is funded by reserved funds allocated to NHMP and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract for these services. Items being procured: - Cutting and stitching of uniform The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. Bidders must submit proposals accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 75,000 as specified in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available free of cost on NHMP's website or can be obtained from the Store Branch, DSP, LHQ N-5, C-III, Rahim Yar Khan office during office hours before the closing date upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000 via Pay Order in the name of Sector Commander, N-5, C-III, Rahim Yar Khan. Cheques will not be accepted. In case the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the submission and opening date. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS 2.0 system and hard copies delivered to the office address on or before 11:30 AM on 14-10-2026. The bid opening will be held publicly at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding requirements including PEC registration, FBR/ATL status, and earnest money submission. Timely submission and adherence to the prescribed procedure are critical for bid acceptance.
