Procurement of DE-Welding Plants

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). The procurement is for DE-Welding Plants to be delivered within 3 months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - DE-Welding Plants as per Annexure 'A' The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by relevant government or semi-government organizations. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Financial eligibility includes audit reports for the last 3 financial years and attested bank statements for the last year. The CNIC of the CEO or Director must be attested. Trade links between the firm and OEM must be provided if applicable. A certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100, attested by an Oath Commissioner, confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization, is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is available on the PPRA website. Tender submission deadline is 03 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
