Tender Description

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Quetta, Balochistan, is procuring 100 Data Entry Operator (DEO) Chairs to be delivered and installed at their Zarghoon Road office. This procurement is part of the financial year 2025-26 plan and follows the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The chairs must meet specific ergonomic and quality standards including lumbar support, breathable polyurethane foam, mesh back, fixed armrests, and a chrome base supporting approximately 125 Kg. The seat foam thickness should be 4.0 cm with a range up to 10 cm, and the safety gas unit must allow seat height adjustment from 40 to 52 cm. Brands like Master Ofysis, Boss, Citizent or equivalent are acceptable. Bidders must be registered firms with valid NTN and GST registrations, active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and have at least three years of relevant experience.
