Tender Description
The Material Management department of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 04 Nos. Desktop Computers for the Power Data Centre (PDC) located at PESCO HQ, Peshawar. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the computing infrastructure at the Power Data Centre.
Items being procured:
- 04 Desktop Computers with specifications including Windows 11 Home, up to 14th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 processor, up to 16 GB DDR5 RAM, Intel® UHD Graphics, slim space-saving design, keyboard with Copilot key and smart mouse, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 wireless card option, SSD storage, up to 23.8" FHD IPS three-sided micro-edge screen, up to 8 USB ports including USB Type-C, HDMI and DisplayPort support.
The technical scope covers supply of high-performance desktop computers suitable for daily use and easy connectivity, meeting the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, not blacklisted, and have prior experience with DISCOs or reputable organizations. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and may seek clarifications by November 7, 2026.
