The items are intended for use in marking, grinding, fabrication, and assembly operations at HIT Taxila. Delivery period is 2 months after contract signing with destination at Tank Manufacture Factory, HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three years, bank statements, CNIC copies, OEM authorization, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory.
