Procurement of Dialysis Disposable Items

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan Medical Complex Mardan invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for the procurement of Dialysis Disposable Items. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014. The bidder must be registered with the Income / Sales Tax and KP-Revenue Authority (KPRA), and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Items being procured: - Dialysis Disposable Items Bidders can download detailed Bid Solicitation Documents including evaluation criteria and terms & conditions from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk, and www.mmckp.gov.pk. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, 08-09-2026, at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block at MTI-Mardan Medical Complex. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 (five lac) in original form as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker's cheque in the name of Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan must be submitted before the deadline. An affidavit confirming the bid security is also required during technical bid submission. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on the EPADS system on or before Tuesday, 22-09-2026, at 11:00 AM. Only technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely online submission on EPADS and to attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any technical or procedural queries. This will help avoid disqualification due to incomplete or late submissions.
