Framework Contract for Supply of Medicines, Drugs and Medical Devices for PESSI Hospitals/Directorates 2026-27

The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) invites bids through E-Procurement from PESSI pre-qualified Pharmaceutical Firms as Manufacturers / Sole Agents of Foreign Principals registered with E-Procurement / PPRA to conclude a Framework Contract for supply of Medicines, Drugs including Medical Devices (remained non quoted in main medicines tender) for all PESSI Hospitals and Directorates during the year 2026-27 on F.O.R basis at Central Medical Store Depot (CMSD) Lahore and consignee's end (PESSI Hospitals and Directorates). Items being procured: - Medicines - Drugs - Medical Devices The bidding shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Firms blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI are not allowed to participate. Bidders must submit 2% Bid Security of the estimated price electronically on Punjab E-Procurement System in favor of Govt. of the Punjab through BOP as specified by PPRA on or before the closing date and time. The firm must also submit a sample of the quoted product in the office of undersigned on or before closing time and date and upload their e-bids (readable scanned copies) on Punjab E-Procurement System along with bid security electronically in compliance with PPRA instructions. The tender closing date and time is 28.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. The tender is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and E-Procurement regulations. The tender can be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
