Procurement of Dietary Items under Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-27

Sealed bids are invited for procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 by Principals Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Fazilpur, District Rajanpur, Punjab. This procurement is open to experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax and, if required, Income Tax Departments, following Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Wheat Products (Estimated Cost Rs. 14,967,315) - Pulses (Daalein) (Estimated Cost Rs. 3,541,880) - Rice (Estimated Cost Rs. 5,619,250) - Sugar (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,394,880) - Loose Spices (Khulay Masala Jaat) & Packed Items (Estimated Cost Rs. 9,237,745) - Bakery Items (Bread) (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,672,200) - Egg (Hen) (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,628,150) - Chicken (Estimated Cost Rs. 4,164,000) - Fresh Milk (Estimated Cost Rs. 12,489,650) The scope includes supply of these dietary items to the Daanish Schools in Fazilpur for the entire financial year 2026-27. Bidders must ensure quality and timely delivery as per contract terms. The bid security required is 1% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Bidders shall submit their profiles using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure including technical and financial bids online through the e-procurement Punjab portal. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, the 8th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of Daanish School (Boys) Fazilpur. The last date for bid submission is the 15th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 10:30 AM on the e-procurement Punjab portal.
