Procurement of Disc Insulator 100KN and 80KN

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Disc Insulators rated at 100KN and 80KN. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is intended to support the operational needs of HAZECO in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform to participate in this tender. Items being procured: - Disk Insulator 100KN (Quantity: 3515 units) - Disk Insulator 80KN (Quantity: 1028 units) The insulators must conform to the WAPDA/NTDC Specification P-8:1996 (Amended to Date) and meet all technical requirements as per the bidding documents. Delivery is to be made free of charge to the HAZECO Regional Store in Abbottabad within 90 days. The procurement follows a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, proven experience in supplying similar or higher rated insulators over the last five years, satisfactory operational certificates from DISCO/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCO, and an average annual turnover equal to or exceeding the bid price. Bid security must be furnished as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:00 AM through EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of bid security must be delivered to HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the submission deadline. Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical specifications, bid data sheet, and all related documents available on EPADS. A pre-bid clarification deadline is set for Monday, October 5, 2026. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
