Procurement of Hardware Material for 132kV Transmission Line

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of hardware material for a 132kV transmission line under contract reference P131044. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - Single Tension Fitting for Lynx connector (156 sets) - Stock Bridge damper for Lynx connector (158 units) - Repair sleeves for Lynx connector (57 units) - Mid span joint for Lynx connector (59 units) - Single Tension Fitting for Rail connector (458 sets) - Single Suspension fitting for Rail connector (62 sets) - Stock Bridge Damper for Rail connector (540 units) - Repair sleeves for Rail connector (55 units) - Mid span joint for Rail connector (55 units) - Single Tension Fitting for E/Wire connector (174 sets) - Single Suspension fitting for E/Wire connector (47 sets) - Stock Bridge damper for E/Wire connector (159 units) - Mid span joint for E/Wire connector (31 units) - Grounding Set connector (67 sets) - PG Connector T-220 (168 units) - Single Suspension fitting for Lynx connector (43 sets) All items are to be delivered free to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad within 120 days. The materials must comply with WAPDA/NTDC/IEC standards and specifications amended to date. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant PEC categories, and demonstrate prior experience supplying similar or higher rating materials in the last five years. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Original bid security must be physically submitted to HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and may seek clarifications by October 5, 2026. The procurement process follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
