Procurement of Disc Insulator 80-KN Fog Type for SEPCO Sukkur

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the procurement of Disc Insulator 80-KN Fog Type under tender number NCB-S-12/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding procedure on a Single Stage One Envelope basis using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The procurement is specifically for delivery to the SEPCO Warehouse located at 132KV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur, Sindh. Items being procured: - Disc Insulator 80-KN Fog Type (Quantity: 3924 Nos) The technical specifications require compliance with NTDC specifications amended to date and IEC standards. The delivery period for the complete supply is 120 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Partial deliveries are allowed with partial payments accordingly. Bidders must quote on FCS basis excluding Sales Tax and SED but inclusive of Custom Duty, Port Clearance Charges, and Transportation Charges up to the designated warehouse. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience for the tendered material, satisfactory operational experience certificates, and financial soundness demonstrated by audited financial statements for the last 3 years. Bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST is required in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Performance Guarantee of 5% of the contract price will be required upon award. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal before the deadline of Monday, September 28, 2026, at 03:30 PM. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road, near Session Court, Sukkur before the bid submission deadline. Manual bids or late submissions will be rejected. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 04:00 PM via EPADS v2.0 in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend.
