The Patient Welfare Model Pharmacy at Sheikh Zayed Medical College Hospital Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders including manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the procurement of various medical and departmental items for the financial year 2026-27. Items) - Surgical Disposable Items / Medical Devices (DRAP Approved) - Departmental Items (Nutritional products i.e. formula milk and cereals, health care, oral hygiene, oils, baby products, cosmetics, beauty products, drinks, snacks, ice creams, sanitations, disposable items and miscellaneous) - Stationery Items - Shopping Bags The procurement requires bidders to submit a refundable CDR of PKR 100,000 in the name of Patient Welfare Model Pharmacy SZH R.Y.K. Bidders must prepare a single bid enlisting all items intended to be quoted and attach all relevant documents. The bidding procedure follows a single stage two envelope system. Payment will be made on 100% consumption stock for specific items and 70% consumed stock with 30% likely consumption within expiry for running items. Bidding documents can be obtained upon submission of a written application with CNIC and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted in person by authorized representatives by 12:00 noon on 19.11.2026 and will be opened at 12:30 pm the same day. Late bids will be rejected. All bids should be tape bound with proper page marking and signature of authorized persons. Samples of Me Too products from fresh batches must be provided at submission. In case of public holidays on the opening date, the next official working day will be considered for submission and opening.
