Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib invites eligible bidders to participate in e-procurement tenders under PPRA Rules for the supply of various equipment and items. The tenders include the Purchase of Science Lab Equipment, Purchase of Networking Items, Printers and Scanner, and Purchase of Surveillance Equipment (Turnkey Solution) and Generator 50KVA. Items being procured: - Science Lab Equipment - Networking Items - Printers - Scanner - Surveillance Equipment (Turnkey Solution) - Generator 50KVA The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) portal. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). All bidding documents including Terms & Conditions, requirements, and specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA and university websites. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost deposited electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. A duly signed Affidavit on prescribed Stamp Paper must be uploaded along with the bid documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to require original Affidavit for physical verification if deemed necessary. Bid validity is 120 days. The tender closing date is 09-11-2026 with specific opening times for each lot. Interested bidders should submit their bids electronically before the deadline.
