Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Earth Clay and Graval (Mix Sand) required for the upgradation of SMS facilities in Charsadda and Sangota, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P102169.
Items being procured:
- Earth Clay: 30000 cubic feet, preferably delivered in trucks with a minimum of 600-700 CFT per delivery, grading sieve test requiring at least 70% of soil particles to pass through No. 200 sieve, free from organic impurities such as vegetation, roots, peat, logs, or perishable materials.
- Graval (Mix Sand): 700 cubic feet for brick construction related to SMS upgradation.
The materials are to be delivered at specified civil material addresses in Risalpur Cantt and Sangota adjacent to Sawat SMS. Delivery schedule for all items is within 15 days after receipt of purchase order.
Bidders must comply with technical specifications and provide bid security as per bidding documents. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 3:00 PM on September 14, 2026, with original bid security physically submitted at the SNGPL office in Charsadda before the deadline. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, professional tax clearance certificate for 2026-27, and previous sales references. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, including late delivery penalties and performance guarantees.
A practical tip for bidders: Register early on EPADS v2.0 and ensure all bid documents, including bid security, are submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Familiarize yourself with the technical specifications and delivery requirements to prepare a responsive bid.
This procurement offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers experienced in civil construction materials to engage with a major energy sector entity in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
