Procurement of Seeds, Fertilizer, and Harvesting Charges for Mil Farm Lahore and Mil Farm Bengali

Remount Veterinary and Farms Corps Lahore is inviting sealed quotations for the procurement of various seeds, fertilizers, and harvesting charges required for Mil Farm Lahore and Mil Farm Bengali. This procurement aims to ensure timely availability of agricultural inputs for the upcoming sowing season at both farm locations in Lahore. Items being procured: - Berseem Seed (1,044 Kgs) - Oats Seed (20,892 Kgs for Mil Farm Lhr; 6,692 Kgs for Mil Farm Bengali) - Wheat Seed (5,600 Kgs) - DAP (140 Bags) - Urea (140 Bags) - Harvesting Charges (140 Acres) The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality seeds and fertilizers, as well as the provision of harvesting services for the specified acreage. All items must meet the required standards and specifications as outlined by the department. Suppliers are expected to deliver the goods to the respective farm locations in Lahore and Bengali as per the schedule provided in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money equivalent to 2 percent of the quoted value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with the bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Deputy Director Remount Veterinary and Farms Corps Lahore by 24 September 2026, no later than 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For practical success, ensure that all quoted items strictly match the required specifications and quantities, and double-check that your Earnest Money is correctly calculated and attached, as incomplete submissions will be rejected without consideration.
