The procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria include submission of bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents.
