Purchase of Stationery and Other Store Items including Sanitary and Electrical Items

The Federal Government Organization Muzaffarabad AJK invites bids through EPADS for the purchase of Stationery and other store items including sanitary and electrical items from reputed firms and companies registered with e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS), FBR/SECP, and relevant authorities having NTN/GST. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery Items (Lot 1) with Bid Security Rs.45,000/- - Cost of Other Store Items (Lot 2) with Bid Security Rs.30,000/- The procurement covers a variety of store items essential for office and operational use including stationery, sanitary supplies, and electrical items. Bidders must be registered with SECP as a company or business and included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) maintained by FBR. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Pakistan tax laws. Bidding will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk and EPADS portal. Successful bidders must furnish bid security in the form of a pay order issued in favor of DDO AJK RHQ IBD, Muzaffarabad, and upload a scanned copy on EPADS. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and a hard copy of the bid document must reach the office at House No. B-14 State Bank Road Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad on or before 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Use of unfair means or submission of fake documents will result in blacklisting. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
