Procurement of Electrical Vehicle

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Electrical Vehicle (details as per Annex A) The delivery period is twice monthly after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or semi-government organizations if any, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM for distributors or agents, and a judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred by any government organization. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years or works experience with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 07 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening on the same day at 11:00 hours.
